Alinghi - 2005
Conception and fabrication of a full size simulator of an America Class boat.
Since 2005,it was the number one attraction on the Alinghi base in Valencia. This simulator was designed to duplicate the windward leg of a race course.
The main fonction are:
- True to life heeling angles
- Tacking
- Sail trimming
The input from the wheel and winches acts on the boat's parameters through a computer controlled mechanism.
